Song 2

Chico Slimani delivers a splashing performance on The X Factor Final 5 show.
This contest changes people's lives. We get proof of that in Chico's VT intro. Apparently, chasing women doesn't appeal to him anymore! He's even getting 'broody' and says he would love to have kids. Although for that to happen he will need to chase at least one more woman, unless of course he means kid goats. Well he is a former goat-herder!
We know Sharon Osbourne loves Chico, but for a brief moment during his act tonight she doesn't seem as impressed as usual!

Chico sings "I Feel Good" and just to prove this he leaps off stage and heads for the judges' table.

As he sings the line "when I hold you in my arms" one of those arms is holding Sharon in a near head-lock.

Chico then grabs Sharon's water, but instead of pouring it on the judges he drenches himself!

Louis, who was soaked by Sharon just 2 weeks ago, quakes in terror. He soon relaxes though as Chico bounces back up on stage.

Chico's water chucking sends Louis into a minor panic!
The madcap Morrocan quickly does the splits before returning centre stage for an openshirted pec-flexing finale. The atmosphere is electric but thankfully sopping wet Chico manages to escape electrocution for the second time this series.

Panel-Bites:

Sharon Osbourne:  (Introduction) Ohh, I forgot which one it is...

Simon Cowell:  (Off mike) We know.

Sharon Osbourne:  Uhm...

Simon Cowell:  What time is it?

Sharon Osbourne:  Chico time.

Intro clip...

Chico:  My whole life has been a series of changes, I was a goatherder, an exotic dancer, but I think I've finally found who I am.

Sharon Osbourne:  I got it totally wrong, because I thought he was all about, you know the pecs and the sex. I never thought in a million years that kids would relate to him.

Chico:  Now it's just, I'm more family orientated. The chasing the women doesn't appeal any more. I want to have kids now! What's it called... "Broody"?

Sharon Osbourne:  He's definitely got his fans out there and they're gonna vote for him. I don't think Chico's going home tonight.

Chico:  What's got me this far is 'Positive Mental Attitude'... I am what I am, I do what I do, nobody does Chico like I can. And that's what I'm gonna be tonight. I'm just gonna be me.

Chico sings...

Kate Thornton:  (Laughing as she speaks) Simon, your comments, please? ...Your comments, please Simon? (Simon looks non-plussed) ...Yes you!

Simon Cowell:  (Pulls a face, trying to find the words.) Ehm... Er... (Sharon creases with laughter) ...It was horrible!

Kate Thornton:  Horrible?

Simon Cowell:  Horrible!

Kate Thornton:  Okay, thank you. Louis, yet again you're a little bit damp! What did you make of the performance?

Louis Walsh:  Hey, you remind me... you look like Simon on the beach in Barbados with the pecs out! (Simon and Sharon laugh) ...And you're a much better singer! Well done. (Cheers)

Kate Thornton:  Sharon you're mentoring Chico, did he do good for you?

Sharon Osbourne:  (Laughs out loud.) Fabulous! One word - fabulous!

Kate Thornton:  Thank you judges. (Big cheers. Kate turns to Chico.) You are soaking wet but I'm still going to hug you... Do you want to vote for Chico tonight? (Kate gives out the voting numbers etc.) ...but for now, ladies and gentlemen, let's hear it for a very wet Chico. (Chico kisses Kate on the cheek and walks off stage waving to the audience.)

Song 2: Time Warp (Rocky Horror Picture Show  Check out 'Time Warp (Rocky Horror Picture Show' at Amazon.co.uk (Soundtrack)  Check out 'Soundtrack)' at Amazon.co.uk)
Song 1

It's Chico 'Time Warp'!
It's Chico time again and this time it's Chico's 'Time Warp'.
Chico is joined on stage by 8 crazy and colourful dancers and he joins them in dancing out all the Time Warp moves.
It's an entertaining set, full of fun and spectacle. Although the vocal isn't too demanding, Chico does sing it well, especially considering that he's doing some serious dancing at the same time.
The audience love it and so do the judges. Or at least we think Simon does. He tells Chico, "It was in its own excruciatingly awful way 'very good'!"

Panel-Bites:

Sharon Osbourne:  (Introduction) Oh Yes!... Actually I must just say something... I was watching TV last night and I saw Coldplay and they said that their biggest influence this year... "musical influence" was Chico and... (Audience laughter) ...don't laugh! Behave! Behave! This is the truth.

Louis Walsh:  Which Chico?

Sharon Osbourne:  'My' Chico and they said that they are going to do their own version of 'Chico Time'... (More laughter) ...Yes, they are, they said so on the TV... and that's true!

Simon Cowell:  So who's up next?

Sharon Osbourne:  Chico!

Chico sings...

Kate Thornton:  Okay, Louis. Your comments please?

Louis Walsh:  Chico, Chico, I don't know what to say. I mean it's a fantastic show, it's great fun. I want to be negative about you Chico, but I can't. It was great...

Chico:  Thank you.

Louis Walsh:  ...well done.

Chico:  Thank you.

Kate Thornton:  Okay, Simon?

Simon Cowell:  Okay, Chico. Thank God you are not taking this too seriously because...

Sharon Osbourne:  (To Simon) He is.

Simon Cowell:  No, no, no... this is a compliment... because too many people I think... you know, music can be fun as well, and you've brought a real energy, a fun factor to this show... (Cheers) ...and that was... it was in its own excruciatingly awful way 'very good'!

Chico:  (Clapping enthusiastically) Wow!

Kate Thornton:  Sharon, you're mentoring Chico, what would you like to add?.

Sharon Osbourne:  I'm keeping my mouth shut so as he doesn't change his mind. (Laughter on the panel) I say nothing!

Kate Thornton:  But you were happy with his efforts tonight Sharon?

Sharon Osbourne:  Yes, seriously.

Simon Cowell:  (Joking) Mine or his?

Sharon Osbourne:  (To Simon) No! Forget yours. (To Kate) he is fabulous!

Kate Thornton:  Thank you judges. Now, from Simon there we heard the word 'awful' but also 'good'. What would you like to say back to the panel Chico?

Chico:  I want to thank you once more. I actually erm, went back last week and watched the video, and I had to listen to Simon because I am what I am, I am the fun sort of element and I listen to him and tonight I'm having fun and I think it's showing. (Cheers) And erm, and all I can say... just what I want to say is that... I don't take myself too seriously... please don't take me too seriously. Life is too serious and if you take me too serious I'll be out of a job! (Applause) All 'ight?

Kate Thornton:  (Mimics Chico) "All 'ight! All 'ight?" Okay, the voting lines are open now. "All 'ight!?" So are you going to vote for Chico?... (Kate gives out the voting numbers etc) ...Ladies and gentlemen he is not afraid to beg. Go on my love... (Points the mike at Chico and prompts him) Please...please.

Chico:  Please, I really need your vote. The competition is tough.

Kate Thornton:  Thank you Chico.

Chico:  I need help. Thank you.

Kate Thornton:  Thank you. It is Chico, everyone! Mwah!

Chico:  Mwah! (After exchanging cheeky kisses with Kate, Chico leaves the stage waving)
