4Tune are X-static to be returning to the X Factor Boot Camp for the second year in a row.
4tune made it to the top five last year, but were unlucky when Louis chose 'Voices with Soul', '2 to Go' and 'G4' for his final three acts.
Undeterred, Phil, Ant, Mike and Simon return this year with their unique blend of harmonies and cute boyband looks. They tell the surprised judges they felt they went too early last year. Although Louis reminds them that they reached the top five, the boys make clear that what they really want is to get to the live finals and showcase their talent.
Following their audition, Simon enjoys ribbing Louis over his "mistake" from last year of not putting the boys through. He even suggests that Louis should "apologise"! Although Louis agrees they have improved since last year, he felels an over-riding compulsion to stay seated instead of "jumping up and down"!
Panel-Bites:

Phil:  (Pre-audition) People do look at you as you've failed, even though... and we didn't know what to say to them. We were like... (gestures)... And we've had a lot of positive feedback this year. I mean, that's one of the reasons why we're back... the fact that so many people actually did come up to us and say "You guys deserved to be in that final 10".

Sharon Osbourne:  (Laughing as the boys walk in) Hi!

Louis Walsh:  (Grinning broadly) How are you doing?

Phil:  (Waves) Hello everyone!

Simon Cowell:  Go back!

Phil:  ...Back again!

Louis Walsh:  And why are you back?

Ant:  Er, you know Louis we felt, you know... we went at an early stage and we felt that we didn't deserve to be going out at an early stage.

Louis Walsh:  Early? You were in the final five!

Ant:  Well you know... but for us that was early, you know we really wanted to get to the live rounds and really showcase what we could do.

Louis Walsh:  I thought you were good!...

Ant:  Thank you.

Louis Walsh:  I just didn't think you were good enough. Er... What are you going to sing?

Ant:  Er... we're going to be singing 'Unchained Melody' by The Righteous Brothers.

Simon Cowell:  Good... off you go.

4Tune sing...

Louis Walsh:  Thank you. Sharon?

Sharon Osbourne:  (Herself and Simon clap the 4Tune lads.) Fabulous... really, really good!

Louis Walsh:  Yeah, very, very good!

Simon Cowell:  That's what it's all about!...

Sharon Osbourne:  Really good!

Simon Cowell:  ...And the fact that you (Louis) didn't put this group into the finals last year was a joke.

Louis Walsh:  We had them in the final 5!

Simon Cowell:  They should have been in the final 3 these guys.

Sharon Osbourne:  Last year you were good, this year you're great!

Louis Walsh:  Yeah, you've improved.

Simon Cowell:  (To Louis) You owe them an apology.

Sharon Osbourne:  (To 4Tune) Great!

Louis Walsh:  (To Simon) No, I don't think so!

Simon Cowell:  Yes you do... (To 4Tune) Great song! Great arrangement! Brilliant!

Ant:  (Bows his head) Thank you very much. Thank you.

Simon Cowell:  I think you could sell a lot of records.

Ant:  Thank you very much. Cheers. Thank you. (The other guys join in the thank-fest!)

Louis Walsh:  (To Sharon) So it's a yes?

Sharon Osbourne:  Absolutely!

Louis Walsh:  (To Simon) Yes?

Simon Cowell:  One... I'm not going to say 'No' after that! (4Tune laugh)

Louis Walsh:  Ya! You're in! You're back.

Simon Cowell:  Well done guys!... They're back!

4Tune jump for joy and hug one another! However, backstage there are mixed feelings...

Simon Cowell:  Oh, come on Louis admit it. They were terrific today! (With a tease in his tone) C'mon!

Louis Walsh:  No, I'm not jumping up and down.

Simon Cowell:  C'mon... c'mon. You can admit it.

Louis Walsh:  (Shaking his head) I'm not jumping up and down.

Simon Cowell:  C'mon.

Louis Walsh:  I ain't jumping up and down!

Simon Cowell:  You've got a problem with this group.
